$75 for the first court-issued document (summons, citation, TRO, etc.)
$75 for each additional document to the same address/recipient

Subpoena Service Fees
1–4 subpoenas: $75 each + witness fee
5–9 subpoenas: $50 each + witness fee
10+ subpoenas: $25 each + witness fee
Subpoenas requiring signature: $150 each + witness fee
(No bulk discount; includes 3 attempts only)
Record Retrieval Rates
Home Coverage Areas: $25.00 per hour. (Williamson & Travis Counties)
Extended Coverage Areas: $40.00 per hour.
Additional Expenses: Clients are responsible for all parking fees, county record fees, and shipping costs incurred during retrieval.
Service Policy
Up to 3 attempts with GPS-timestamped photo updates per address ($25 each attempt over 3), spaced 48–72 hours apart. No Sunday attempts on court-issued docs.

Same-day attempt guaranteed if received before 9:00 AM.
Return of documents via email within 3 business days after completion and payment.
Mailed originals: +$5
Walk-in filing or document pickup: +$25
Bad addresses or contact info: Placed on hold after 1st attempt.

All information gathered on the recipient is provided in your final report or upon request.
Non-paying customers will be blacklisted. No future services until past-due payments are cleared.
Payments + Updates
We invoice after the first attempt. You’ll receive an update and payment link. Once payment is posted, we’ll complete service and return documents promptly. Checks are not accepts unless arrangements are made in advance of service.
Additional Services
Document courier service: $75 up to 25 pages, additional pages $5 for every 10
Mobile notary services: $65 in Williamson & Travis Counties
Outside of Williamson & Travis Counties, pricing will be based on actual mileage from our location.
