Extended Service Areas

MW3142 Process Server's home territory is Williamson and Travis counties — that's where most of our work happens, and where our standard $75 per-paper rate applies. But we regularly serve documents throughout Central Texas, in eight extended-coverage counties surrounding our home base. If your service is in one of the counties listed below, we can usually attempt service the same week, often within 48 hours, with the same GPS-timestamped documentation we provide for every job.

Monty Wilson is a certified Texas process server and a member of NAPPS and NPSN, certified to serve in all 254 Texas counties. The counties listed below are our regular extended-service routes — places we travel often enough that we know the major court locations, the highway routes, and the neighborhoods.

Counties and cities we cover

  • Bell County — Killeen, Belton, Temple, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Salado, Nolanville
  • Bastrop County — Bastrop, Smithville, Elgin, Cedar Creek

Pricing for extended-area service

Our standard $75 per-paper rate covers Williamson and Travis counties. For service outside those two counties, we add $25 per paper based on how far the destination county is from our home territory:

  • Counties that border Williamson or Travis (one county away) — add $25 per paper. A single serve in Bell, Bastrop, Burnet, Hays, Lee, or Milam County is $100 ($75 + $25). Two papers at the same address is $200.
  • Counties one step further out (two counties away) — add $50 per paper. This applies to Blanco and Caldwell counties. A single serve there is $125 ($75 + $50).

Same-day rush service is available for $125 per paper plus the per-county add-on. See the full pricing page for subpoena rates, mobile notary, and bulk discounts.

Why MW3142 Process Server for extended-county service

A lot of attorneys assume they need to hire separate process servers for each county, or use a national service that subcontracts every job. We're a single-server firm covering eight extended counties personally — which means one point of contact, one invoice, one set of paperwork standards, and one server who can be reached when you have questions. For attorneys with cases spanning multiple Central Texas counties (which is increasingly common as the region grows), that consolidation alone can save hours of administrative time per case.

For attorneys and paralegals with regular service needs across Central Texas, we offer preferred customer rates — complete five serves with us in one month and get $25 off every serve the next month, including extended-county serves.

Our home counties: Williamson County and Travis County — both served at our standard $75 home county rate.
