Pricing & Service Policy
Our pricing is straightforward: a flat $75 per paper for service of process in our home counties (Williamson and Travis), with clear add-ons for extended areas, special services, and rush requests. No surprise fees, no subcontractor markups, no first-attempt-only base rate that climbs from there.
Service of process rates
- Williamson or Travis County (home counties): $75 per paper (court-issued document — summons, citation, TRO, etc.)
- One county away (Bell, Bastrop, Burnet, Hays, Lee, Milam): $100 per paper ($75 + $25 county fee)
- Two counties away (Blanco, Caldwell): $125 per paper ($75 + $50 county fee)
Same-day rush service
$125 per paper plus the per-county add-on if applicable. Same-day attempt guaranteed for documents received before 9:00 AM Central.
Pro-se clients
$100 per paper in Williamson and Travis counties. Extended-county add-ons apply: $125 per paper for one county away (Bell, Bastrop, Burnet, Hays, Lee, Milam), or $150 per paper for two counties away (Blanco, Caldwell).
Preferred customer rates
Complete five serves with us in one month and get $25 off every serve the next month. The discount continues every month the relationship continues — five serves a month, $25 off the next month, every month.
Subpoena service fees
- 1–4 subpoenas: $75 each + witness fee
- 5–9 subpoenas: $50 each + witness fee
- 10+ subpoenas: $25 each + witness fee
- Subpoenas requiring signature: $150 each + witness fee (no bulk discount; includes 3 attempts)
Record retrieval
- Home coverage areas (Williamson and Travis counties): $25 per hour
- Extended coverage areas: $40 per hour
- Clients are responsible for all parking fees, county record fees, and shipping costs incurred during retrieval.
Mobile notary
- $65 in Williamson and Travis counties
- Outside Williamson and Travis counties, pricing is based on actual mileage from our location
Additional services
- Document courier service: $75 up to 25 pages, additional pages $5 per 10
- Court-ordered supervised visitation and custody exchanges: Ask for a quote
Service policy
- Up to 3 attempts included with GPS-timestamped photo documentation, spaced 48–72 hours apart
- Additional attempts or addresses: $25 each, on customer request
- No Sunday attempts on court-issued documents
- Same-day attempt guaranteed if received before 9:00 AM Central
- Return of documents via email within 3 business days after completion and payment
- Mailed originals: +$5
Bad address handling
If the address is bad or contact info is incorrect, the case is placed on hold after the 1st attempt. Two additional attempts are available only if the customer requests them with updated information. All information gathered on the recipient is provided in your final report or on request.
Payment terms
We invoice after the first attempt. You'll receive an update and payment link. Once payment is posted, we'll complete service and return documents promptly. Checks are not accepted unless arrangements are made in advance of service.
Non-paying customers will be blacklisted. No future services until past-due payments are cleared.
